 Hrmm.. That's not much of a response, and the sticky they refer you to
 appears to be a general debugging procedure. Can you ask them if anyone
 has gone through the process and gotten to the root of the issue?

 We do have other bugs filed for Tab Mix Plus weirdness, but I've never
 gotten to the bottom of them. Whenever I install it, it seems to work
 fine.
