 Apparently it only happens in Ubuntu (or maybe 64 bit Linux). I have a
 shared profile between 64 bit Ubuntu and Windows XP SP2 on my dual boot
 laptop and I can enable TorButton and TabMixPlus in Windows without
 encountering this problem. Obviously Ubuntu Firefox Modifications doesn't
 work in Windows anyway. I don't know if that helps any.
