 Just tried, if I set, now that synchronization is working,
 security.nocertdb to TRUE and reboot TBB, again: sync stop working both as
 pure synchronization that doing again the entire synchronization process
 (I mean starting from username, password key and so on).

 So i set again security.nocertdb to FALSE, restarted TBB and sync start
 again to work correctly.

 So seem that in any case security.nocertdb is set to TRUE, sync won't
 work.

 If you need any other test, just ask !!
