Actually, it was a problem with the package script
(contrib/osx/package.sh in the tar.gz file below.)  It said "-i xxx -i
yyy" when it should have said "-i xxx -d yyy".  Now that particular
bug seems fixed.

You can download a new version of the bundle and the source at the
URLs below; as before, suggestions would be very welcome.
