Avoid keyserver.net, it's broken.  Please use subkeys.pgp.net, which is
a rotation of non-sucking HKP servers (well, one actually), and sks
servers, that properly handle more than one subkey, photo ids (the sks
ones at least), lookup by subkey, and actually are synced with the rest
of the keyserver network, as opposed to keyserver.net which isn't.
