[OT] JAP backdoor (Was: Re: Tor speed)



By the way, do you have any evidence for that? I read http://www.securityfocus.com/news/6779, but I cannot find mentioned things in source codes (http://anon.inf.tu-dresden.de/develop/jap.src.tgz).

There can be "backdoor" in cascades, of course, but it is similar situation as "backdoor" (~ logging, traffic analysis) on Tor nodes - it is probably done on many nodes nowadays, but they probably dont have complete information about transfer.

Im just wondering how are these warnings against JAP relevant...
