1st version of messaging system is in cvs

Hi all,

I just committed the first revision of the messaging system (the Layer O
event mechanism) to cvs. Itīs the message* headers in the
penguinplay/include directory. 

The docs will be up in some days - until then you can read the short intro
in the message.h file and the Gtk-- docs on
www.cs.tut.fi/~p150650/gtk/gtk--/

Note: The headers currently expect all PenguinPlay headers in
$INCLUDEDIR/PenguinPlay.
