[pygame] movie module?

I have Pygame 1.7.1 for Windows and Python 2.4 (and my teammember installed it on his Mac too). The windows version is giving the error "movie module not available" and the mac version is giving the error "movieext module not available". Anyone know what's going on? Are these modules supposed to be included in pygame 1.7.1 or were they removed because they didn't work well, or...?
