[school-discuss] HelpMeICT v0.8 released

Hi

For those who care, our helpdesk package HelpMeICT has reached version 0.8.
Additional functionality includes enhanced email notification, an initial
stab at reporting and the ability to add user's email addresses as part of
adding/editting their account. More details on the project page.
