I thought that an older version of Turbo Pascal was freely available from Borland.... (TP5 or later).

Yacas? (don't remember regarding steps but might be patched for that or the author could enjoy the idea, he seems to have recovered the project)

FreePascal (fpc) is quite close to that dialect.
