Please let it go into 

	www.seul.org/edu/docs/relateddoc.html

I know Doug put the first doc into 
	www.seul.org/edu/doc/
But I have set up all the docs I have written with the
path docs and wish they had put the first there too.  
But I guess I will have to do what Roger and Doug decide
in the end.

PS - if it is going to be doc instead of docs then I
need to know asap to start finding and searching through
all the docs and changing the URLs.
