  Well, I strongly disagree.  I think Linux and windows are
really different.  I use mainly Linux, and the more I get used to
linux, the more trouble I have getting on with windows.  I know
quite a few people that use mainly Linux (or other Unice -
Solaris) and that have problems when thay go back to Windows.  I
think you should not underestimate this difficulty.

  Then, of course, if you teach the concepts well, they are the
same under Linux and Windows.  But anyway there is an adaptation
time when switching from one to the other, and that time can be a
hard time !
