I probably just overlooked it, but here in Germany there aren't many people
with middle names.  Instead a name is always given with a birth date.  On
almost all offical documents.  A birthdate tag in the student name area
would be helpful.  Also, please keep in mind that there are a variety of
ways to format dates.  US:  MM/DD/YYYY -- but Europe: DD/MM/YYYY.  Anyway,
the student's birthday will be important for some.
