I think a complete alphebetized list and a separate categorized list would
be a better plan.  I'll see about doing this.

Actually, I was thinking more along the lines of taking all of the
inactive projects off of the projects list, and merging them with the wish
list.  The two lists could be "Active Projects" and "Inactive Projects."
It would be posted at the top of the Inactive list that the projects were
in need of leadership.  That way, the leader without a project could pick
one that suits them and jump right in.

If anybody has any serious objections to this, let me know.
