[seul-edu] Grader update

Hilaire and I have begun working on "grader" - (possibly "GNU Grader" -
does anyone know what GNU thinks about putting their name in your
project?)

Although many people were talking about python/zope implementations, I
have decided not to go that route for the simple reason that neither I
nor Hilaire know Python. Since we are using EduML as a data format, it
should be easy to integrate with any web-based EduML application that
comes along.

What I have at this point is a GUI shell, and Hilaire and I are arguing
over C vs. C++, and whether Win32 portability is important. (Friendly
arguing, of course!) We're also trying (with Bruno) to get EduML nailed
down so we can start working with it.

I have submitted an application to sourceforge.net (from VA Linux) to
host the project, because they offer mailing lists, bug tracking, web,
cvs, offsite backup... you get the picture. I should have a reply from
them by tomorrow.

I'll have a mailing list set up over there when the hosting is official,
and I'll let you all know... if you want to contribute to the project
(with CVS write access) you'll need to sign up with sourceforge.net.
They're good people, really. Don't be afraid. :)
