We should put all our apps in the Debian menus as we've discussed, I think. If the package isn't Debian-specific we should use it for all our apps; if it is, we should find some way to make similar menu insertions into other distros, even if it means running some small script or app from the CD. That should be part of the installation process, the creation of which is Phase 4. But if we need to do things in Phase 3 packaging to be ready for that we need to do so.
