RE: [seul-edu] ISO Phase 3: Build from Source



The License agreement for Kara appears to not be formalized.  We have
permission to use it for our non-commercial CD but I haven't pushed for
the source code to it yet.  The StarLogo source is not available from
the web either, and I have to see if we can get it.

What are those problems?  Give us more details and we'll have a better 
chance of making a good decision.  I think the buildable-from-source 
policy is a good one, but we need to know more to decide.
