[I just received this; it was directed at seul-edu.  I don't
really speak Spanish, but I think this is a student from the
University of West England (?) who will be in Mexico City in
February and wants to know about the Red Escolar project.  Could
some of our subscribers who actually _speak_ Spanish make sure of
what he's asking, and if they are in Mexico or have knowledge of

Oeste de Ingalterra". Estoy estudiando Espanol y Sistemas
Informaticos.
  En febrero 2003 voy a cuidad de Mexico para practicar mi
espanol. Quiseria ayudar con traducion o aspectos tecnicos con
su proyect Red Escolar.
