Well, it seem you got a source rpm. You need to rebuild it with
rpm --rebuild wine-20020509-92dmk.scr.rpm
Then look at the trace, it says something like 
created /usr/src/RPM/wine-xxxxx.rpm
now you must use this file with
rpm -ivh /usr/src/RPM/wine-xxxxx.rpm
