Yes, there`s something magical:

These are procmail recipes to "sanitize" all the mail that passes through the
mailserver, so when the next candidate to "virus of the week" shows up, your
users just sit back and see the trouble they`re NOT having (basically all the
attachments with dangerous extensions are renamed, rendering them powerless
unless your user saves them, renames them back to normal and executes them, but
then again there`s no hope in that case except trepanation :)
