[seul-edu] Linux in education report #83 for November 18

It's here:

http://www.seul.org/edu/report83.html

[from Alejandro Diaz Infante] "The new head of the local ScholarNet
has asked us to teach them to program in Linux, in order to create
new multimedia titles, which would be implemented in 20 pilot
schools. If everything goes well in those pilot schools, Linux is
going to be installed in all the ScholarNet computer centers in
schools in Zacatecas (about 220 schools!)"
