box dedicated 2 install experiment

A short news piece: At this lab,  today,  we set up a box which will
be dedicated to the (Debian) install experiment.  Students will come
to install Debian 1.3 and fill in the blanks.  I'll keep an  eye  on
the  'installers' so I know who they are.  The questionary is yet to
be designed.  We  already  have  Debian  1.3 install instructions in
Spanish.
