SEUL-Leaders: Directions

My $0.02:

The seul-project list has slowed to a crawl in the last two weeks...  I have 
a feeling that if we don't do something, the list members will lose 
interest...

Can we all meet today (9pm Saturday omega, 11pm Saturday cyber, 12pm Saturday 
luka, twoducks, and 7am Sunday Jis) in IRC and discuss how to start leading 
the project?  It may be time now to start splitting up into groups and start 
working on things, get people actually discussing specific topics within 
lists that are designed for those topics, etc.  The trick, of course, is to 
find group leaders for the rest of the stuff...

Personally, I want to actually start designing/coding something concrete.
