seul-pub changes

Marty Jackson (mjackson) is still with us, leading all non-website parts of 
seul-pub.  Simon Waldman is now in charge of the website work.

Simon has been looking through the site over the last 3 or 4 days, and he 
has a list of things that need to be fixed, changed, written, and 
documented.  I'm hoping he'll be able to start doing some serious work on 
the site by this weekend.

Simon is now the one you should contact if you have any questions about the 
website, either content, presentation, or how to put stuff online.

Marty will be coordinating non-website stuff, including FAQs (seul-faq, 
whylinux, licensing, etc.), as well as future vendor-relations, advocacy, 
and marketing efforts.

This split should allow both leaders to concentrate on their half of -pub, 
which is a good thing considering the amount of stuff there is to do in 
-pub.
