I assume you have some familiarity with editing a torrc. If so the standard thing to do when running relays on U*IX systems is to not use vidalia at all, but to run tor as a service. The Tor Project provides RPMs suitable for Centos 6 for this purpose. The repo is at: http://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org/rpm/el/6/ The PGP key used to sign the RPMs are available at: http://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org/rpm/RPM-GPG-KEY-torproject.org.asc You can add the repository to the yum, `yum install tor`. The `torrc` for tor installed this way lives in `/etc/tor/torrc`. The RPM also integrates it as a system service, so you can have it auto start on boot if desired.
