[tor-relays] Running a relay in the Netherlands

Hello,

I am about to move to the Netherlands and will, as part of the move,
decommission the server my relay is currently running on. I'd like to be
able to continue to help, though, so I wonder how the legal climate is
for Tor relays and/or exit nodes in the Netherlands?

On a related topic, how smart/efficient/possible is it to run a
relay/exit on a Raspberry Pi?
