[bos-dev] [bug #37860] Resource bar is cluttered, conveys misinformation, lacks association with other display of resources in the gui

Implementing this suggestion might solve
https://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/?30857 , as the colored negative income text
color would likely catch the player's eye and function as a warning.
