[Computerbank] boosting other capital cities

Hi all,

I just started a drive on my other lists for help in all the other capitals
but Melbourne. I sent them this for Queensland..

.. but what the hell's happening in Sydney?

While it remains moribund wouldn't it be a good idea to run NSW from Coolah
or Mudgee? There's no rule a state's HQ has to be in its capital city is
there? Certainly these two places have their acts together....
