It could be worth while for some person to set up a page, to collect
signatures, and remarks, for compiling into collective facsimile, and then
sending the faxed through to the government.   This way you have a trail,
and all the signatures etc.  So that it cannot just be tossed,  and ignored.
Because you can prove that it has been sent, and you still have the
original.
Just some  vague thoughts on the matter.
