[Computerbank] World Computer Exchange

I just received an email on one of my Digital Divide lists to the effect 
that a Sydney office of World Computer Exchange is in formation in Sydney.

Also, it has come to my notice that schools in WA are purchasing computers 
from Victoria, my Mam's school being one of them. They are computers that 
have been donated by corporates, in this case a bank. The school(s) are 
required to purchase a MOQ which is why that are banding together to get 
them across the Nullabor.

I was just wondering how Computerbank attracts donors, rather than the 
hardware going to groups that ship it out of the state, or whether there is 
enough to go around.
