Yes - it is here - CBV's Final Constitution. Please make sure that you are happy with it's
contents - significant changes were made to the Statement of Purposes - please see
http://www.computerbank.org.au/victoria/constitution.html 

We have been advised by Clayton Utz that we need to, once again, ratify the constitution
within 21 days - provided that we do not make any further amendments. 

This would mean having a meeting in the second - third week of July. (and then the connie
would go to the Office of Fair Trading for processing.) 

I would recommend that other CB's considering incorporation - try to get some pro-bono
legal assistance - Clayton Utz have been great. :)
