[Computerbank] Mailing lists subscriptions

Hi all,

I have recently subscribed a whole heap of people to the computerbank 
lists.

Membership for computerbank is now 244 people
membership for cbsupport is 118 people
membership for cbtechnical is 103 people

Most of the folk on the computerbank list are from Victoria.

The computerbank list is generally used for general announcements, 
general discussion and news items. CAI-Vic also use this list as a way 
of letting people know when there is something on in Victoria.
