Victory/defeat music?

All,

Ok, here's the question.  :)  Do we want victory music when someone wins 
and/or defeat music when someone loses?  We're talking sound bytes no larger 
than 5-10 seconds here, long enough to make a point but not rub it in.

Working on a main theme instead of making my own rock music.  Heh.  ;)
