Manual in the wiki

Heya,

I noticed someone made a few improvements to the
"Getting Started" page in the wiki. That someone stayed
anonymous so I don't know if he/she/it is on the list,
but thanks anyway.

Contributions like this are of course very welcome. There
is a problem, though. The manual pages in the wiki have
been created by manually massaging the man-pages or HTML
docs (don't know, Dave did it ;-) distributed with the
game. As a result, they don't get updated when the
man-pages change, and the man-pages don't get updated when
the wiki is modified. In fact, the version currently in
the wiki still describes the old interface prior to the
new campaign scheme.

I have worked the current set of wiki changes back into
the man-page (not yet committed, though) but I think it'd
be better to remove the manual from the wiki entirely and
instead link to the HTML documentation that can be easily
updated with each release.

Any objections? (Well, I've got one myself. The default HTML
output looks pretty ugly... Any stylesheet wizards around?
Then again, the wiki style doesn't look all that fancy,
either, so I don't consider this a showstopper.)

I'll still happily accept patches for the documentation of
course. (which reminds me, by sending patches you can get
your name into the official ChangeLog ;-)
