[f-cpu] preprocessing

hello,

after several days of laziness, i tried to use Michael's
preprocessing software written in FLEX and BISON.
i find no way for it to work perfetclyin all cases.
For example, only decimal values are possible,
and VHDL is a strongly typed langage that is not limited
to names, char and strings.
Michael's xtoy package does not contain examples
and when i try to use it in the existing files,
it creates more problems than it solves.

Maybe there are new versions of this tool, but i will
try to do what i can and see fits best. If there are
other ideas, i will be glad to test them. i think that
using cpp/m4 was finally not a bad idea, i will also try
to use the two scripts that Michael has written.
