[f-cpu] simulator update: scheduler and xbar are working

i uploaded

ik renamed most things to stop confusing register
numbers with (x-bar) port numbers.
stalling the pipelinge when a register result is
not ready works, recovering from the stall works.
doing direct bypass or delayed bypass works.
stalling if no write ports are avalable should work.
the simulator now includes a "Notes"-screen that
shows some pre-compiled instructions, that can be
entered into the simulator, so you can try some
register stalls etc.
( it currently only dous 64-bit add )
( code is NOT optimezed (yet) )

i will try to put the all the interesting findings
in a readme soon.

any bug reports would be helpfull...
