I have not been proposing moving as solution. I was thinking
that you have problems with access to seul servers to change
mailing list settings - so I offered account where you would
have all needed rights to install whatever is needed (spam
filters ..).
I use RBL lists which kills about 70% of spam but sometimes
also block valid user (but the user is informed).
I plan to mail back an email with pass-code and when user
uses it in Subject then add the source email address to
database of allowed incoming exceptions for some time...
