[gbib-dev] Parsing

First, there was a typo in the commit log, it should be "now it parses",
not "not it parses"

Below is an excerpt of btxdoc.bib, the fixes I just committed do not
handle the

{Unilogic,}#" Ltd"# {.\n}

For I simply don't understand what the #'s are doing there. Anybody here
knows what's that ?
