Summary: Graphic state left inconsistent cancelling from net mode

Initial Comment:
Start drawing a net, then cancel
Open up the component browser
Pick a component
Mouse back onto the schematic
Notice that there is an artifact drawn roughly where the net drawing was cancelled.
On the cairo branch (invalidate/expose code), this artifact flashes up briefly, then is gone.
