gEDA-bug: [Bug 700795] [NEW] Spelling errors in gnetlist's run_tests.sh

Public bug reported:

gnetlist/tests/common/run_tests.sh erroneously spells
run_backend_tests.sh as run_backend.test.sh.  As a result, any failing
tests present a very confusing message to the user.
