Remember that margins for PS or PDF export may still need to be set
explicitly

GTK print dialog should take care of all of this though - if / when we
move.

Bug description:
  Currently, there is no user accessible way to set the margin of "print
  extents with margins".

  Proposal: Make this quantity configurable. It should be set in a
  gschemrc and the print dialog should provide a way to override.
