gEDA-bug: [Bug 918265] [NEW] gschem: indication of "unsaved changes"

Public bug reported:

After making changes to a schematic in gschem, there is no visible
indication the currently-viewed page state differs from the as-loaded
from file state. The "page manager" has this info, but the window is
rarely open.

Something like:
-disable the "Save" button when there are no changes
-title bar indication, e.g. "[*]schematic-1.sch" or "schematic-1.sch [changed]"

The shortcut "fs" is on the level of muscle memory, but I've been caught
a few times by the sequence: (user) errant mouse click/drag,
distraction, "I didn't make any changes!", time figuring out what the
errant click changed.

** Affects: geda
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
