Summary: New (testing) layout of the component picker

Initial Comment:
Lays the component picker widgets out in a more
vertical orientation, such that it fits nicely when
placed down the side of the schematic page.

This allows you to work placing components without
obscuring as much useful drawing area.

I removed the Close and Apply buttons, noting that the
window-manager's close button works just aswell, "ESC"
closes the dialogue, and Apply didn't do anything (as
far as I could see).

This causes a rendering glitch with the un-modified
preview widget, but works fine in conjunction with the
modified, resizable preview widget patch I submitted
previously.

This is a work in progress and is likely to change. A
few ideas:

Deprecated CLists should perhaps be replaced,

Filename box is mostly un-necessary,

List of components need-not end in ".sym"

Library / component could be handled heirachically in a
tree-view if this is desired.
