gEDA-bug: [Bug 804904] [NEW] down schematic should issue a warning if the schematic is not available

Public bug reported:


to reproduce:

1) open gschem with the file down_schematic_test.sch which is attached
to this report.

2) select the sub sheet symbol

3) do Down_Schematic from the Hierarchy menu.
gschem will not find the sub sheet and silently returns to pointer mode.

Suggestion: Pop up a dialog that explains the situation. For bonus
points, refer to a hierarchy help page.
