gEDA-bug: [Bug 806686] [NEW] misleading error message by gsch2pcb

Public bug reported:

 gsch2pcb will report an error related to M4 options if gnetlist cannot
find libgeda. This is of course not very helpful.

To reproduce:

1) make sure, libgeda is not found. E.g. move the link libgeda.so.40 out
of the way.

2) call gsch2pcb with some project file
The script dies with this error message:
/--------------------
gsch2pcb: gnetlist command failed, `stromverteiler.new.pcb' not updated
    At least gnetlist 20030901 is required for m4-xxx options.
\--------------------

gnetlist alone produces a more useful message:
/--------------------
gnetlist: error while loading shared libraries: libgeda.so.40: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
\--------------------

Suggestion: Forward any gnetlist errors to the user.
Do not report m4 when just guessing from circumstances.
