Attached is the minimum schematic that generates the syntax error.
Just a bunch of identical capacitors (except refdes) and 2 chips.
Removing ANY one of those components make the error go away, so it's
most likely memory corruption issue.
The .sch file looks right to me, so I'm leaning towards gsch2pcb.
However, valgrind doesn't report any memory access problems, and the
code is a pain to read (unusual indentation style...). I'll keep looking.
Attached are the sch and corresponding pcb. I don't see any error in
the .sch, but the pcb file is clearly corrupted near the very end.
