Summary: Components with spaces in filenames don't work correctly

Initial Comment:
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a symbol file with a space character in the filename (e.g. "Terminal block.sym")
2) Click "add component" and add the component to a new schematic (this step works correctly).
3) Save the file and revert (or close and open), and the component is not loaded correctly.

Maybe this is a problem in the gschem file save format, and the spaces need to be escaped correctly?  Just a guess, since I haven't looked into the code much for this problem.
