Summary: gafrc function depends on launch method

Initial Comment:
If gschem is launched from a terminal whose working directory is the same as the project directory containing thje project gafrc, the (always-promote-attributes) setting works. However, if gschem is launched from something like the Gnome desktop, or by clicking on a schematic file from a file browser such as Nautilus, the setting of (always-promote-attributes) in the project gafrc does not take effect. This probably afflicts other parameters, too, but I haven't checked.
