Summary: Mouse pointer warping broken on Win32 port

Initial Comment:
Mouse-pointer warping (such as when zooming) doesn't appear to work correctly under win32. Tested under Wine, and on real Win2K box - (unclean, unclean, unclean - must wash).

A cursory inspection suggests GTK does have code which ought to make this work on Win32. Not sure what is up there.
