Summary: Multi-part attribute search

Initial Comment:
Currently when using gnetlist and searching urefs consisting of multiple instance the first found instance returns the requested attribute value, if it even exist.

Using this patch-set gives the possibility to return every first found attribute value for symbols consisting of multiple instances. 

The current available netlisters are unaffected and keep function as before this patch-set. A warning "attribute_conflict" is generated when the found attributes contain different values.

The guile code is written by John Doty (jpd_* patches).
